Everything we decide is published.

The charter, the full text of the draft ordinance, the motions and outcomes of the general meeting, the accounts for each year. Everything the council decides is published, without exception. A body that writes standards behind closed doors will not be trusted to write them.

Minutes are published as they are, not summarised. The names of speakers, and the matters left undecided, are left in. The documents themselves are in Japanese; English is provided where indicated.
